Dentalum strengthens its presence in the Skåne region through the acquisition of ABCARE Tandvård AB (Alfa Tandvårdskliniken) in Hässleholm. Closing took place on February 28, 2023, and with Alfa Tandvårdskliniken, Dentalum consists of 32 clinics in ten regions in Sweden. Including this acquisition, Dentalum’s pro forma[1)][ ]revenue amounts to approx. MSEK 484,8 with an EBITDA of approx. MSEK 119,8.
On 28 February 2023, Dentalum commenced its partnership with Lena Kager and Hans Nordgren together with their team at the clinic. The clinic provides patients with mainly general dental care and cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening and orthodontic treatments.
