At an extraordinary general meeting, Dentalum Operations AB (publ) elected Mikael Lönn as a new board member.
Mikael Lönn is a medical doctor with vast experience as a business-leader and entrepreneur, mainly within the healthcare sector. In the late 1980s, Mikael founded and managed M&M Medical, a hospital group that operated Sabbatsberg and Täby hospital in Stockholm, which was later acquired by an international company. Since then, Mikael has been an active investor and a successful entrepreneur in various industries and has held board assignments at the Swedish dental service organization Oral Care AB and the specialist psychiatric care Prima Barn- och Vuxenpsykiatri Stockholm AB amongst others. Today, Mikael serves as board member in several companies, such as Professionell Ägarstyrning AB (PÄAB), RedEye AB and Genovis AB.
Mikael is an independent board member in relation to the company, the company’s major shareholders as well as the company’s management.
